Join us on Saturday afternoon post race for yoga! Instructed by Leslie Dawson (RYT-500), this outdoor class will be beneficial for all levels. Modify or challenge yourself as needed, and remember you don't have to be flexible to do yoga! This 60 minute class is the perfect way to stretch out and relax after the road races, as well as a great way to gear up for the Sunday morning trail races. If you're spending the weekend with us and plan to enjoy the Saturday evening festivities, this is something you won't want to miss.
