Join us on Saturday afternoon post race for yoga! Yoga will take place around 5:30 pm after the 5k and awards. This outdoor class will be beneficial for all levels. Modify or challenge yourself as needed, and remember you don't have to be flexible to do yoga! This 60 minute class instructed by Leslie Dawson (E-RYT 500 YACEP certified) is the perfect way to stretch out and relax after the road races, as well as a great way to gear up for the Sunday morning trail races. If you're spending the weekend with us and plan to enjoy the Saturday evening festivities, this is something you won't want to miss.
